Shipping

We print each vase to order and ship within 1–2 working days; the times in the table include that. We ship with DPD, and the tracking number arrives by e-mail when the parcel leaves.

Full shipping policy

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Write to [email protected] with your order number and send the vase back undamaged in its original packaging. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it.

The return shipment is paid by the customer. If a vase arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with photos: we then pay for the return and send a new vase or refund in full.

Payment

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Revolut Pay or cash on delivery. All prices are in euros including VAT. Cards are processed by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.

Care

1. Dry only. The vase isn't watertight. For fresh flowers, use a glass insert with water.
2. Dust. A soft brush or dry cloth, between the ribs too.
3. No chemicals. No detergent, alcohol or solvents.
4. Away from heat. Not on a radiator, by a stove or in strong summer sun behind glass.
