We want you to be satisfied with your orders from Vasevo webshop. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased product, here are your rights and options.

Right to withdraw from contract (return without reason)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (withdraw from the purchase) within 14 days of the day you received the product, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to return, you must:

• Send a written notice to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Return the product within 14 days of sending the notice, undamaged and in original packaging.

Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund will be processed no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

Complaints (damages, defective or incorrect products)

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email [email protected], with attached photos and description of the problem.

In case of justified complaint:

• We cover the cost of returning the product
• We will send you a new product or refund the full amount, as you wish

Products not eligible for return

The right to return does not apply to:

• Personalized products made according to your specifications
• Products that have been used and are therefore no longer suitable for resale
